BigCommerce To Shopify
Vitabox had been stuck in a rut of tedious inventory updates with BigCommerce but decided to take the leap and switch to Shopify. This new platform proved perfect for connecting multiple products as variants, Vitabox feels confident that its future is looking up. Our team crafted an entirely new, customized theme to reflect the same style as before for a smooth and seamless transition for Vitabox's customers.
Page Load Improvements
Vitabox’s page load times on Shopify are now 4-5 times faster than their previous website despite the massive number of their SKUs.
Improved Backend Usability
Switching to Shopify has meant an overall improvement in the user interface, making the experience much more intuitive for staff and developers, especially on the SKU end, with added meta-fields and coding.
Improved Information Architecture & Navigation
Out Origin took to building customized enriched product data filters, and inventory management features meaning channel advisors could more easily manage inventory. This also made it easier for customers to navigate the website and find their desired products.
Improved Promotion Capabilities
Out Origin also built a brand new, customized promotions App for Vitabox. They now can run weekly deals site-wide as well as exclusive customer promotions. This has significantly improved the capabilities and front-end experience for the common Vitabox customer.
Improve Inventory Management
With our expertise, we were able to accomplish the seemingly impossible task of displaying variant products for Vitabox on Shopify. We used our meta-fields and coding expertise to make a single product become multiple variants, something that normally didn't happen in Big Commerce but was required for Vitabox's newly migrated Shopify site.
Channel Advisor Managed Inventory
